An infertile couple can have their baby with the help of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Technological advancement in science and medicine has proven that infertility is treatable. Today an IVF is one of the most demanding field with an increasing demand as more and more couples are marrying late or have various biological problems due to many reasons.  There is a great need of IVF MANAGEMENT and not just treatment. A Successful fertility treatment is all about teamwork well placed and executed. There is a need for whole lot of specialists for managing all aspects of IVF starting from clinical expertise, ovum pickup, embryology, endocrinology to other care and facilities

We as a Team recognize the importance of medical professionals functioning as a coordinated unit for giving the best possible results consistently and ethically. Each member from the clinician to the counselor plays a critical role in providing the high-level of reproductive healthcare that our patient expects from any professional IVF Centre. We acknowledge the skills and contributions of each team member and believe strongly in updating our knowledge keeping at par with the latest developments in the field of reproductive biology.

All team members have worked cohesively over the years and acknowledge the strength of each member. All the team members are highly dedicated, qualified and trained in their respective fields.
Our Team consists of the following members.

Dr. Rita Bakshi – (Chairperson)

She has over 25 years of experience working in the fertility industry. As founder and Chairperson of International Fertility Centre, she oversees all management operations of the company. A thought leader in the industry, she is frequently interviewed on the subjects of egg donation and surrogacy and travels around the globe promoting the highest level of professional standards in a constantly evolving field. She’s also the founder of ADIVA group of Hospitals.

She completed her M.B.B.S in 1983 from Lady Harding Medical College, New Delhi. She did her Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics (D.G.O) in 1987 from St. Stephen’s Hospital, Delhi. She completed her M.D in 1990, from Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi. She did her one year Diploma from St. Stephen Hospital, Delhi, two years M.D. from Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi.She is trained in ART (Assisted reproductive Techniques) & IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) from Inst. of reproductive Medicine, Kolkata under the doyen & pioneer of IVF. Dr.B.N.Chakravorty. She has a Diploma in ART From KKIVF Hospital Singapore, and a  Diploma in Endoscopy from Kiel, Germany..

She has worked as specialist and Head of the department in a public sector undertaking hospital for more than 15 years. She has done more than 4000 ART cycles with a success rate of over 50%. She has also done more than 4000 caesarean sections, 3000 Hysterectomies including non-descent hysterectomies of even up to 16 week size uterus. She has exceptional results in Egg Donor Surrogacy having a success rate of over 85 %.

She is the vice president for the last 5 years in Indian Ass.of Occupational Health dealing with industrial workers & industrial hazard exposure. She is also the vice President for the last 2 years of Medical Fitness Society, India. She is an active advocate against Cervical Cancer and has taken numerous seminars across the country & addressed thousands of women on the issue. She is part of ‘AAS’ -a voluntary, nonprofit organization. She is called upon regularly to give her views on various issues in leading newspapers suchas Hindustan Times, Times of India & features equally on T.V. shows on various channels such as Star Plus, NDTV, Aajtak, IBN 7, etc. She is a member of American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).

Dr. Seema Bajaj – (Director IVF Program)

She has over 12 years experience in the fertility industry. She did her MBBSfrom Gandhi Medical Collage, Bhopal in 1995. She completed her Internshipfrom Llrm medical college,Meerutand Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal in 1996.She has done her post-graduation in DNB - Obst/Gynae  from Army Hospital R&R, New Delhi in 2003.

She is trained in ART [Assisted Reproductive techniques] and IVF [in vitro fertilization] under pioneer of IVF Dr. Sadhna Desi and was a member in her team. She has done extensive training under Brig. R.K Sharma at Army Hospital R&R, New Delhi and Command Hospital, Pune.

She has worked as an IVF Specialist at ADIVA women care hospital for more than 3 years. She also worked as an IVF consultant at Fortis Hospital.Her expertise includes dealing with infertility including IUI and IVF, dealing successfully with male infertility, sperm processing, testicular biopsy [PESA, TESA] and frozen sperm ICSI.She is well versed in infertility and routine ultrasonography including 4D scanning, oocyte retrieval, denudation, IVM, laser assisted hatching, IVF Verification and embryo transfer and has been working on GE Voluson system.

She had postings in labor room where she has done emergency duties and attended high risk pregnancies. She has assisted and performed various obstetrical and gynecological surgeries. She has undergone training in various subspecialties including infertility, ultrasonography, oncology and endoscopy. She regularly participates in monthly clinical meetings, is active in academic activities of the and attends various state and national level conferences.

Dr. S.K Bakshi – (Senior Physician and Senior Consultant Cardiologist):

He has over 28 years of experience as a physician and asa cardiologist.He completed his M.B.B.S from University College of Medicine Science (UCMS) - Delhi University. He completed his M.D. (Medicine) from Lady Harding Medical College & Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi University. He did his 3 years of senior residency at Lady Harding Medical College, Delhi & was associated with Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital and with Dr Ram Manohar LohiaHospital.He was awarded the Fellowship of IMA Academy of Medical Specialists inMedicine.He also attained a Diploma in Diabetes care from The University of NewcastleNovo Care Diabetes Academy (TUNNDA), Australia.He was also awarded the fellowship of Geriartic Medicine.

He attended the first structured course for family physicians psychiatry and allied Behavioral science from VIMHANS.He has also attended the course of Cardiology today & tomorrowseries on non-invasive Techniques in Cardiology. He has done his Cardiac care training at Escorts Heart InstituteandResearch Center, New Delhi.He is anExecutive member of the Geriatrics Society of India.

He holds various lectures on Diabetesand is a renowned Speaker on various platforms and forums imparting knowledge about Diabetes. In his long career he has consulted more than 50,000 patients and have helped them immensely on various issues of puzzling diagnostic problems and handled severe chronic illnesses and situations where several different illnesses have stroked at the same time. He also bring to patients an understanding of wellness (disease prevention and the promotion of health), women's health, substance abuse, mental health, as well as effective treatment of common problems of the eyes, ears, skin, nervous system and reproductive organs.)

Dr. Vikas Bajaj – (Director – Strategy)

He has over 14 years of experience as a radiologist. He completed his M.B.B.S and M.D. (Radiology) from G R Medical College, Gwalior in 1996. He did his 3 years of senior residency from R M L Hospital, Delhi.

He specializes as a sonographer. His expertise skill of conducting an ultrasound is critical for its use to support a physician's correct diagnosis; poorly captured images can lead to misdiagnoses or unnecessarily repeated exams. He does all our surrogate scans and the diagnosis and is responsible to interpret the scan to document the presence of any abnormalities.

As Director of strategy, he monitors and interprets all trends that occur within the fertility industry. He evaluates the market size, competitor accomplishments and industry structures, and makes recommendations to senior management to assist in the development of the firm's goals.

Mr. Saarthak Bakshi – (Director Marketing & Finance)

He has over 4 years of experience. He completed his B. Tech in Computers Science in 2009 from JIITU, Noida.

His previous stints include working in Infosys as a Software Engineer. He worked in the IT risk and assurance department at Ernst & Young where his role was to advise clients on how to make IT more efficient and manage the risks associated with running IT operations. He started his own gaming company, Softmines: which markets, publishes and distributes its own 2D & 3D games on Android and iOS platforms.

AT IFC, he overlooks at the marketing and financeoperations. He is responsible for overseeing the operations and planning of the marketing campaigns. He looks at advertising in many different types of media including radio, television, Internet, printed publications and others. He also oversees the preparation of financial reports, direct investment activities, and implement of cash management strategies.

Mrs. Mamta Gupta – (Business Development Head)

She has over 10years of work experience. She completed her MBA (Hospital Administration) in 2001, with specialization in Human Resource Development from Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. She has also completed a Six  months Diploma in Personnel  Management & Industrial Relations from IHCA, Chennai.

She previously worked in Moolchand Medicity, Delhi as a Dy. Manager in corporate sales and in Apollo Clinic as an Executive Administration. Before that she was working inMaharaja Agarsen Hospital Delhi, as an Assistant Administrative Officer and in Arpana Hospital Karnal as an Assistant Administrator.

At IFC, as head of Business Development she looks at researching the fertility markets and continuous gathering of information, preparing detail planning, networking with small business people and establishing support group and association of IFC with various companies. She adopts a team approach and loves working with a team in pursuing common goals.

Whenever you have any query related to legal work or agreement, you can contact her and she will assist you for the legal responsibilities such as preparing the agreement with Surrogate Mother, consent form or any other legal papers (as per embassy requirements). She is the first point of contact for every patient.

Kamal Singh – (Admin & Legal Executive)

He has been working with IFC since its inception. He assists clients with queries related to legal agreements and paper work, prepares legal documents for clients and ensures all paperwork necessary for clients to obtain citizenship for their baby is in order. He assists Mrs. Mamta for preparing the agreements. Once your baby is born, Kamal assists baby pick up documents which are required for embassy paper work. He makes client accommodation bookings, organizes airport transfers, and coordinates drivers for clients for their travel to and from appointments.

Reena Sachdeva – (Manager – Client Relations)

She has done her graduation from Gargi University. She has a work experience of more than 15 years. Her previous stints include working as a manager in a Boutique in G.K M Block Market, as a marketing executive with prime Ophthalmic (Sister Concern of Corning’s), as a Store Manager with Interior Designer Office and with Jewels by Annu Chadha.

At IFC, she assists all our patients very promptly. She organizes treatment and appointment schedules, and assists all our international client managers with scheduling treatment for new clients. She is the primary contact after Mamta for clients regarding information about their pregnancies. She also organizes appointments for the patients. She is on-hand to help clients with their needs at the hospital after baby is born, including completing paperwork for baby's birth certificate. She will also assist you for the passport & visa work procedure.

Shipa Negi – (Assistant Manager – Client Relations)

She has completed her Diploma in Aviation & Hospitality Management from Air Hostess Academy, South Extension-II, New Delhi. She has also done Certificate in Galileo / Fidelio Training/ Red Cross Training. She completed her Industrial Training in Ambassador Sky Chef Catering Department for Airlines.

At IFC, she sends results of medical tests and liaises with our medical team and clients regarding updates on the health of surrogates. She assists clients with surrogate and donor profiles. She updates all the profiles on weekly basis as required. She sends all USG scan report, Beta HCG to the patients on daily basis. If any surrogate is admitted she keeps them updated on daily basis. During your visit to India, if you have any wish to visit tourist place in Delhi or near by Delhi, she will organize the same as well.

Sonia Vishwakarma – (Senior Front Office Executive)

She has done her graduation from Mumbai University. She has more than 5 years of experience in customer relationship & office administration.

She handles the IFC reception. She looks after all the reception work. She is available at the reception from 9:30AM to 6:30PM. If you have any query or you need any information you can leave your e-mail with her & our secretarial department will get back to you. She also coordinates with the junior staff for housekeeping/ pantry & other office management activity.

Gaurav Garg – (Account Manager)

Gaurav is IFC’s accounts manager. He is a certified Charted Accountant. He also looks after Compliance Accountancy.

Lalit – (Assistant Account Manager)

He handles statuary responsibilities of IFC accounts such as TDS, return for Surrogate mother. He also deals with petty cash, salary section & external agencies. He also assists Mr. Gaurav Garg in his day to day work.

Bodhraj – (Housekeeping and Pantry Executive)

Bodhraj handle’s IFC’s cafeteria. He takes care for the food & beverages of the visitors, patients & Intended parents. He is in the office from 9am to 10pm. He serves lunch, tea, coffee and water to staff & also assist Kamal in case of heavy rush. He is housekeeper of IFC. He is responsible for cleaning the floor, rooms and dusting each and every cabin and workstations of staff on a daily basis.

Vijay Rawat – (Housekeeping and Driver)

He is the secondary housekeeper. He takes care for the cleaning of OPD cabin after surrogate mothers & donors’ consultation. He also assists Bodhraj in his work. He also drives clients from the hotels to the centre.

Team of Embryologists: We have highly trained and Experienced Embryologists. All of them have huge experience in ICSI, Embryo freezing and Laser hatching. They have been trained and worked under a highly accomplished ART specialist. They have been trained to work as a team and have given the world level results in various centres in Delhi.
