Cancellation & Refund Policy
International Fertility Centre believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and the cycle has been started.
No cancellations are entertained for the services that the International Fertility Centre marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the services received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the services. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
REFUND POLICY : If for any reason the IVF cycle is cancelled prior to the oocyte retrieval, International Fertility Centre will deduct the prompt pay portion of the fees for services rendered up to the point of cancellation plus a $750 management fee, and refund the difference. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cycle cancellation. The IVF plans are not eligible for refund following the start of the oocyte retrieval.
